UmaPravah Shakti Vahini strives to build a just and equitable society for all where everyone can live freely. And with dignity and without any fear of injustice, oppression, exploitation, violence or violation of their rights. Under the guidance of our esteemed leaders, our zealous volunteers make dedicated efforts to empower and support the most vulnerable sections of society. They work at different levels and collaborate with various agencies and individuals to bring that meaningful change in society. We want your active support to help us achieve the vision of building a better and humane society. That gives equal opportunities to all and oppresses none.

Our Aim

We help thousands of women and children by providing them free education, medication and security.

UmaPravah Humanity

Preventive Health / Menstrual Hygiene & Malnutrition

For addressing women's concerns about STDs, HIV, MHM, Mental Health and Family Planning concerns, we organized medical and educational programs.

Gender Sensitization & Human Rights

We conducted seminars, street plays and sports events to spread awareness in the society for providing equal rights and opportunities to girls.

Human Trafficking & Violence against Women

We worked towards saving socially victimized women from prostitution and rehabilitating them through mass weddings, skill development, etc.

Disaster Relief for Migrant Laborers & Refugees

To help migrant labourers and refugees during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we arranged ration, baby milk, masks and hygiene kits for them.

Empowerment of Person with Disabilities

We sensitized persons with disabilities about their rights, extended them material relief and arranged employment opportunities for them.

Elimination of child Abuse, child Marriages & child Begging

We educated children and their parents about good touch and bad touch and children rights. And collaborated with law enforcement agencies for child crime eradication.

Drug Prevention and Youth Development

To wean young boys from drugs, we provided them drug de-addiction and rehab facilities and conducted sports activities.

Education & Skill
Development

To uplift girls socially, we provided them basic education and vocational training facilities.
